Discussion on all aspects of the kitchen including:

- Style
- Possible layout options
- Form & function
- Materials & finishes
- Timeframe
- Budget
- Appliances
- Lighting
- Flooring
Investment
$120 including GST total charge, minimum 1 hour consultation |

| STAGE 2 |

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Following the initial consultation and once you are happy to proceed to the concept stage, the following will be prepared:
- Concept plans drafted (2-3 options presented in plan view)
- Establish layout through your feedback from plans presented
- Specifications i.e. materials, finishes and colours etc
- An estimate of the expected cost for your kitchen (excluding subcontractors)
Time Frame
Allow 7 working days from the initial consultation.
Investment
The cost of concept drawings will be approximately $550.00 + GST. |

| STAGE 3 |
|
PLANNING
Together, we fine-tune the concept you have chosen and proceed with the following:
-
Complete final design including:
• Elevations
• Specifications
• Pricing
• Confirmation of design
• Choice of manufacturer;
- Sign off on final pricing
Time Frame
The planning stage may take several meetings to ensure you are completely happy with the final design. Allow up to 10 working days to finalise the price.
Investment
Depending on complexity of design, approximately $1350 + GST (based on an hourly rate of $110.00 + GST) |

| STAGE 4 |
|
KITCHEN MANUFACTURE
- Site check
- Final plans
- Orders with suppliers
- Full working drawings including subcontractors plans i.e. gas, electrical, plumbing & building
- Oversee construction
- Quality control
- Monitor suppliers
- Factory inspection of kitchen cabinetry
A 50% deposit is required before construction begins.
Time Frame
Allow 4-6 weeks for this stage.
Investment
Depending on time required (based on an hourly rate of $110.00 + GST) |

| STAGE 5 |
|
INSTALLATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
To ensure a stress free kitchen installation I will:
- Co-ordinate installation of kitchen
- Regular site visits
- On request site meetings
- Co-ordinate templates (benchtop, splashback)
- Co-ordinate installation of benchtop
- Overseeing completion & signing off on kitchen with you
Time Frame
- 2-3 days for installation of cabinetry
- 10-15 working days for benchtop templating to benchtop installation
- Up to 10 working days for splashback from templating to installation
- Up to 30 working days for complete installation of kitchen (providing templates are required)
Investment
Depending on time required (based on an hourly rate of $110.00 + GST)

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Design and coordination fees are invoiced at the completion of each stage.
Payment is required within 7 days from invoice date.
Prior to any work being undertaken for you, a written agreement is to be
signed covering the cost of components of the service. This is done to
ensure all parties have a complete understanding of their obligations.
